Best Option: Go, in person, to the Elections Division by end of day Nov. 5 (preferably by Nov. 4). The address is 542 Forbes Avenue, Room 312, Pittsburgh. The office is open on weekdays and weekends through Nov. 5. Hours are generally 8:30 am-4:30 pm but will be extended closer to Election Day. If you need a ride downtown, email info@pinedems.org.
If you can’t go to the Elections Division: Go to your regular polling place on Nov. 5, Election Day, explain the problem, and request a provisional ballot. You always have a right to fill out a provisional ballot.
