2023 Valentines for Veterans Drive
Our community really came through for veterans in our first Valentines for Veterans drive. With the help of the Pine Community Center, we collected warm clothing for housing-insecure vets, delivering a carful of items to the Veterans Leadership Program. Thank you, Pine Township!
BY THE NUMBERS: 56 pairs of socks; 17 sweaters/sweatshirts/fleeces; 14 pairs of gloves; 13 hats; 6 neck warmers/scarves; 3 ear warmers; 3 men’s briefs; 3 pairs of fleece joggers; 2 sets of long underwear, two flannel shirts, and 1 down vest.
